Track your package


Overall you can view the information of tracking control in your order details. However, if an order includes several items, each may have a different delivery date and tracking information.

So to track your package:

  1. Go to Your commands.
  2. Find the order you want to track.
  3. Click on the button To follow the parcel next to the command.

Generally items sent by sellers from the ShoppyDeals Marketplace can also be tracked, but only if the seller has shared this information with ShoppyDeals and you have chosen a trackable shipping method.

Finally the status of your order is displayed on your customer account if you need help use the Shoppydeals contact form.

Shipping and Delivery


First, the delivery options are offered when placing the order on Shoppy Deals. In short, they vary according to the type of article, the delivery address and the dimensions of the article. See our delivery policy here.

Overall most packages arrive on time, but sometimes the tracking may show "delivered" when you don't have your package.

  • Check the delivery address in Your Orders. 
  • Look for a passing notice. The carrier may have left a notice in your mailbox or at your door. Follow the instructions on the delivery notice to collect your package or arrange another delivery. 
  • Check the surrounding area for the delivery address. Check if the carrier has left your package in your mailbox, with a member of your family or a person living in your household, at the caretaker or reception of your company, at a neighbour's.

Returns and Refunds


Most items sold on ShoppyDeals can be returned. When you return an item, you may be offered several return options depending on the seller, the item, or the reason for your return. View our Returns and Refunds Policy here.

On the other hand, please note that each item must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. Items in new condition must be returned new, unused and complete. Used items must not have any signs of use or additional damage. The exceptions applicable to the right of withdrawal also apply to our Returns Policy.

However, special conditions apply for the return of items purchased on Shoppy Deals Marketplace. If you need to return an item you purchased from Shoppydeals Marketplace. You must return it directly to the seller.

Manage your orders


Primarily to cancel items or orders that have not yet entered the shipping process.

  1.  Go to Your commands and select the one you want to cancel.
  2.  Check the box next to each item you wish to remove from the order.
  3.  When finished, select Cancel the articles.

So you can update the address, payment method, and more, for orders until they've shipped by viewing Your commands in Your account.

To modify your order:

  1. Consult Your commands
  2. Select the link details of the order corresponding to the one you wish to modify.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the desired information.

Manage your account


You can update your name, email address, password, or other information.

  1. In Your account, consult Login and Security
  2. Select Edit next to the information you want to update.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and select Save Changes.
  4. Once all updates are done, select Save.
  • If you want to change your phone number or email address, you will need to have access to the phone or email address registered to your Shoppy Deals account. A verification request will be sent to you to confirm your change.

On the whole, Marketplace sellers manage customer service for orders that they ship themselves.

To contact a Marketplace seller before placing your order: Click the seller's name on the item's detail page.

To obtain an invoice for an item shipped by ShoppyDeals: Go to Your commands.
Select the seller's name, below the item name.
On the next page, select Ask a question.
Enter the required information in the courier with seller or complete the Shoppydeals contact form.

Order from a Marketplace seller

The steps to place an order with a Marketplace seller are identical to those for an order for an item sold by Shoppydeals.fr. In short, you add items to your cart and complete your order through the checkout process. On the other hand, the payment for your order can be debited immediately, or when the order is dispatched. So we transfer the amount to the Marketplace seller, but we don't share the payment information. If a seller asks you to send the money directly to them, do not place the order and contact us support immediately via the Shoppydeals contact form. We recommend that you communicate with your seller only via the Shoppydeals.fr site.

Marketplace item shipping times

Most sellers agree to ship your order within two business days of your purchase. However, sellers include variable shipping times in their policies.
Thus the shipping times of the sellers are as follows:
Delivery from France to mainland France and Monaco: 1 to 4 working days, depending on the postal service used
Delivery from Europe: 3 to 7 working days
Delivery from the rest of the world: 7 to 20 working days

Marketplace returns and refunds

Special conditions apply for the return of items purchased on ShoppyDeals Marketplace. So if you need to return an item that you have purchased, first use the ShoppyDeals contact form to request an RMA, once your return request has been created, you must return it directly to the seller at the address indicated.

14 day withdrawal period

In accordance with articles L.121-20-12 and following of the French consumer code as well as European directives, your seller will reimburse you the price of the article or articles that you are returning, as well as the delivery costs.

It being specified that, if you are returning an item that is part of a larger order. Your seller will refund the price and delivery charges for the returned item. Additionally, sellers are only required to refund standard delivery charges (i.e. the cheapest delivery charges they offer). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the item(s), the cost of gift wrapping and additional services related to your purchase remain at your expense (except in the event of an error by your seller, or if the item is defective).

Specific cases where the right of withdrawal does not apply:

upon delivery of the product(s) which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection if you have opened them (eg earphones or creams) or which, after delivery, have been contaminated.

upon delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software when you have opened them after delivery.

upon delivery of the product(s) which have been manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized.

to the supply of products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

the provision of fully performed services for which you agreed, at the time of placing your order, that their performance shall begin, and waived your right of withdrawal.

How to return an item to a seller:

To begin the process of returning an item purchased from a seller, see My orders and select RMA

Select the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, you will receive a return label by email that you can print.

Refunds :

Finally, if you buy as a "consumer" and return the product purchased within 14 calendar days of delivery, exercising the right of withdrawal, the seller will reimburse the shipping costs incurred to receive the product and the price paid for its purchase.

How do I report damaged or missing items?

Did you receive damaged items in a package? Your order may be missing some items.
Indeed all missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package via the Shoppydeals contact form or by email at co*****@sh**********.fr

However, to report the problem to the seller, follow the steps below to mark the item as missing or damaged:
Login to your account.
Click on " Account in the upper right corner of the page and then select "Orders".
