The Shoppy Deals refund policy determines the terms of refunds and exchanges for your purchases of products and services.

Refund Policy Shoppy Deals

You have a deadline of 14 days after receipt of your order to change your mind and request a refund under certain conditions:

  • All returned products must be new, unused and in their original condition and packaging at the time of return. However, products showing signs of wear do not qualify for reimbursement.
  • Returns and exchanges of offered or discounted products are not applicable.
  • Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by the marketplace seller.
  • Cannot be taken back any returned parcels for which no element makes it possible to identify the sender (surname, first name, address, order number, RMA number)
  • If you are shipping an item worth more than €75. It is preferable to use a delivery service that allows tracking of the shipment. Under these conditions we do not guarantee receipt of the item that you return to us.
  • We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged.


Several types of products are not eligible for return. Thus perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

However, other items may not be eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or defective product

In the event of a defective or damaged product, a replacement may be considered upon presentation of photos proving the damage (manufacturing defects or transport problems). Under these conditions, the photos must be taken during or just after unpacking the product, and communicated to our team by email within 3 days of receipt of the package.

Order not received

In case of product not received within 30 days after the order date, it may be lost or blocked. Under these conditions, you benefit from a free return of the same product, often with an additional promo code for your next order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. So if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Enter your order number and email address to get started
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return.
  • Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
  • Refunds made upon receipt of the customer return within a maximum period of 14 days. They are made through the means of payment initially used by customers.
